On this page
A fox in a knitted scarf reads a book on a log beside a small campfire, with an old lantern, a camping backpack and two tall pine trees around it. A Medium outdoor page.
Coloring ideas
Our example uses a Tomato fox, Pine trees, a Sand clearing, a Latte log and a Caramel backpack.
For night reading, fill the sky with deep navy and keep a warm orange circle of light around the fire and the fox.
Tips
Let the fire light the fox: brighten the side of its face and book nearest the flames and shade the far side. On the pines, add short darker green strokes along the bottom of each tier.
