On this page
A hedgehog sips from a teacup at a round wooden table set with a teapot, a slice of layer cake and a little vase of flowers, framed by a sunny window with hills outside. A gentle page that colors quickly.
Coloring ideas
In our colored version, we keep the window Sky blue, the table and spines in Latte and Caramel, and the teapot Cream with Butter cake layers.
Try a spring tea palette instead: a lilac teapot, a mint window frame and pink cake layers.
Tips
Use the window as your light source: shade the hedgehog's far side and add a small cast shadow under the teapot and the cake plate. A curved white gel pen stroke on the teapot belly makes the porcelain shine.
