On this page
A round hedgehog in yellow rain boots holds a big leaf as an umbrella on a stepping-stone path, beside two spotted mushrooms, a snail, a puddle and a wooden fence. Easy shapes, with a little more to discover.
Coloring ideas
Our example uses Olive and Sage for the leaf and grass, Sand and Caramel for the spines, Stone for the path and Fog for the rain.
In autumn colors the leaf turns orange and red, with mustard boots and a plum snail shell.
Tips
Color each stepping stone with a mix of warm and cool grays, darker on the same side every time. A short white gel pen streak on the raindrops and boots gives a wet shine.
