On this page
A round bunny finishes a yule log cake on a tray, placing a sprig of holly on top. A mixing bowl with a whisk and a rolling pin sit on the left, a jar of candy canes on the right, and a snowy window behind.
Coloring ideas
Our example uses a Cream bunny, a Peach wall, a Sky window, a chocolate brown log and red and white candy canes.
Try a strawberry yule log with pink sponge and white frosting.
Tips
Bark lines, candy cane stripes and the cake spiral hide 32 tiny spaces, and a fine-tip marker handles them best. Once the base brown is dry, draw a few extra bark lines with a dark brown pencil.
