On this page
A round cat sleeps on a rug in front of a brick fireplace with a crackling fire, two stockings, a garland with big ornaments, a candle and a small gift. A warm Medium page.
Coloring ideas
Our example uses Caramel bricks, a Latte rug, a Pumpkin fire and a Cream cat, with deep red ornaments on the garland.
A cooler version: a gray stone fireplace, a sage garland and navy stockings, with the fire as the only warm color.
Tips
Build the fire from the middle out: yellow at the base, orange around it, red at the tips. Then let a little of that orange spill onto the cat's back and the near edge of the rug.
