Puppy in a New Year Party Hat Coloring Page

A floppy-eared puppy in a striped cone hat blows a curly party horn, with a mint balloon on one side, a yellow balloon on the other, a small wrapped gift at its paws and two firework bursts in the sky. Rolling hills fill the back. Big, simple shapes all around.

In our example the sky is a pale Sky, the hills are Sand and Latte, the puppy is Cream and the balloons are Mint and Butter.

Try a dark indigo sky with gold and pink fireworks; the Cream puppy will glow against it.

Each firework is a ring of separate teardrop petals. Alternate two colors around the ring, or color every petal light at the tip and darker toward the center, for a burst that seems to move.
